procedure:
- draw with black pixels the amount the first number in the top row says. (2)
- move forward the amount of pixels the first number in the bottom row says. (1)
- repeat until you reach the end of the top row.

one thing you'll notice is that the sentence and the string of numbers line up.
to crack this one, take all of the 1's from the bottom row and collect the letters above the 1's.
